Strongly defending Khap Panchayats (caste councils), Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had on Saturday said that they didn't order “honour killings and that most of such cases involved relatives of boys or girls” and demanded a socio-political boycott of Mr. Hooda and all his associates advocating for killers of lovers.
