- Couples wishing to get married please email scanned copies of your age proof and address proof of both of you to .
- The couples intending to marry must have their Age Proof and Address Proof with them. The bride should be 18+ and the bridegroom 21+ in age.
- The couples have to bear actual expenses on their lawful marriages, intimation to authorities and families through official departments, legal process, protection process, process for cancellation of FIR/MPR etc.

Please remain cautious.
- Marriage must be got performed at a lawfully valid place because all the temples or Arya Samaj etc. are not treated valid due to various directions by the Hon’ble High Courts of Delhi, MP, Punjab & Haryana, Rajasthan etc. A marriage at a lawfully valid place may be got registered, however, it is not mandatory as the proposed law is Pending before the Hon’ble Parliament since 2005-06. Love Commandos helps you get married at a lawfully valid place.
- Inter Caste marriages do not require the provisions of Special Marriage Act (SMA).
- Even if some people undergo SMA marriage permissions under Section 13, they need to comply with provisions of Section 4 also.
- Inter religious marriages with lawful conversion do not require SMA.
- As a matter of policy we do not interact with parents of anyone. We have faith and belief in our Constitution, Resolutions of Parliament and Guidelines of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
- Please understand that you should not waste your energies in convincing your parents or families, particularly when you know their mindset of being anti-lover, religious or caste-wise fundamentalists or hardliners, as it may endanger your lives and liberty. Lovers should have the courage and commitment to spend the lives together.
- The Parliament had way back in October 1978 omitted the provision of Guardianship in marriages, our great constitution guarantees marriage by choice of both, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has given detailed guidelines to promote Inter caste and inter religious marriages in Criminal Appeal No. 958/2011. It has also directed for prosecution of such persons opposing such marriages under the legal provisions.
- All Our 7 shelters in Delhi and NCR and other make shift shelters in other parts of the country are free for stay, food and emergencies.
- Minors and non-earning / unemployed couples should please excuse us.
- As a matter of policy, mobile and internet communication of the love couples or victim(s) is not allowed during the stay in any of the shelters. No communication will be allowed with those parents opposing such love relationship. In emergencies parents can call helpline numbers after which a decision will be taken on the merit of each case and submissions by the parents.
- Couples seeking help from us should never inform about their movement to their families, relatives and friends for reasons of their own security and that of other love couples at our shelters. Couples found having done so can be turned out of the shelter/ make shift shelter at any time as their continuance may be dangerous for other Love Couples.
